A Dean's List graduate of Purdue University, I excelled in academics and the fundamentals of Legal Studies. I lead a team of 8 qualified and skilled paralegals. I have 20 years’ experience in various areas of the law with over 17 years of experience in Bankruptcy Law. I bring a complete knowledge of Creditor's & Debtor Bankruptcy with a vast expertise in multi-jurisdictional Bankruptcy Courts, United States District Courts, and Courts of Appeal, I have a strong background in supporting debtors and official unsecured creditors' committees in complex chapter 11 bankruptcies, including grocery chains, behavioral and residential centers. I've also worked as an independent paralegal for over 16 years focusing primarily on family law and probate litigation matters. I provide a service that is backed by education, experience and a passion to help others!
